Graded Mock Exam

Rehearse before the real exam! Practice with the ACTEX ALTAM Graded Mock Exam - a great way to predict your exam outcome! Before you take the official ALTAM exam - take the ACTEX ALTAM Graded Mock Exam and get feedback from an expert.

The open-ended style of the ALTAM exam makes it difficult for students to evaluate their work. That is why Yufeng Guo has designed the graded mock exam to mirror the SOA Exam ALTAM. This exam has a new set of questions and all the typical elements of your SOA exam. This allows you to gain insights into the content, format and your strengths and weaknesses prior to taking the exam.

How does it work?

  • Only 50 Graded Mock exams are accepted for the April ‘25 exam
  • You will receive the ACTEX ALTAM Graded Mock Exam by mid February
  • The Mock Exam will come in a PDF format. You will write your solutions on your own paper.
  • Take the exam in the allotted time so you can simulate the 3 hours that will be given at the actual exam
  • To submit your solutions for grading, you will scan and email to the instructor. Last submission date: TBD
  • Yufeng Guo will review, grade and provide written feedback within 2 weeks

1:1 Live Feedback on Graded Mock Exam

Want more? Add 1:1 Live feedback to your graded exam. Connect with one of the expert graders and go over your Graded mock exam results. You will:

  • Get personalized attention: The professor will focus on your areas of weakness and provide guidance that is relevant to your learning style.
  • Identify knowledge gaps: Help you determine what to focus on prior to the exam

The instructor that grades your paper is the instructor that you will meet - so they will already have a good grasp of your strengths and more importantly weaknesses!
