ACTEX Pass Guarantee
ACTEX Learning’s mission is to empower actuarial students. Our study materials are effective and efficient with the ultimate goal of helping you pass your exam. If you don’t pass your exam, we’ve got you covered with our Pass Guarantee.
How the ACTEX Pass Guarantee works
- Purchase a 6 or 12-month ACTEX or ASM digital manual license.
- A 6-month license entitles you to a one-time pass guarantee.
- A 12-month license entitles you to unlimited 6-month license renewals of the same exam.
- If you happen to not pass an exam, you can activate your pass guarantee and receive renewed access to the most up-to-date material for the same exam.
How to activate your Pass Guarantee
- Email ACTEX at support@actexlearning.com with your original order number and non-passing grade (this will need to be a copy of the SOA/CAS score report with the purchaser’s full name and score).
- You will receive a new key code within 72 hours of your pass guarantee being approved.
Terms and Conditions
Pass Guarantees are not available for every product - only ACTEX or ASM digital manual licenses for ASA and ACAS exams are eligible for a Pass Guarantee. Pass Guarantees are not valid on printed material and are only 6-month digital renewals. Only one Pass Guarantee per exam may be activated at one time. Pass Guarantees are non-transferable and are only valid for original purchaser/registrant.
