Not sure if goal is more of a giant database of exam questions and simulated exams, or a massive database of videos, but who cares - it's pretty fantastic. $79 bucks!
I used goal for p and now again for fm. And I'll use it for whatever I take next. This is worth the moolah. I don't feel like a manual is enough. I like the timed quizzes in particular and the diagnostics that come with GOAL Score. It's maybe not the prettiest interface, but the engine behind it is turbocharged with helpful content, alternative solutions, optional hints and videos on all the syllabus topics. I like the calculator solutions that are often the 2nd or 3rd solution offered when the answers are revealed. I recommend not using the hints at all, but that's optional. A great product.
Finally, an affordable soa prep tool! The Goal program has practice, time quizzes that you build, practice exams and videos. My highest rating for this product.
I needed this to practice under time pressure. Nothing like the clock ticking down to simulate the real exam. Passed FM earlier this month. The manual was amazing, but Goal got me solving the problems fast enough to actually pass the exam. That was something that I struggled with for this exam and P.
This is the best database of Exam FM questions, with quizzes and practice tests and tracks your Goal score progress. Perfect if you already have a study manual and took a course recently (like me).
I'll be using GOAL for my next exam; it's that helpful. Something like 1500 questions that you can sort and select different difficulty levels with tracking thru your Goal score. That's a great way to know what to study more and what you know well enough for the exam so that you can move on to other questions/topics.
sooo good - I needed Goal for exam P! Goal score feature exactly what you need to find your weaknesses and them improve on them.
I've used GOAL for a few weeks now and really like it. Sitting for my exam in several weeks - my Goal score is now 60 and it tellsm e where my weaknesses are - not that I don’t know! But it also has different level question - so I'm working on advanced quesitons on bonds in timed quizzes. Anyway - I'm working on that and using my manual.
sometimes products over promise and under deliver. GOAL is exactly the oppossit. It's super complete practice tool with detailed solutions, optional videos, a way to ask the instructor a questions (and they get back quickly) and tips for common mistakes make by students. definitely recommend Goal to others.
