About the Author

Ke Min, ACIA, FSA, CERA

Ke is a Senior Actuarial Analyst currently working in Morneau Shepell’s Fredericton office. He is a part of Morneau Shepell’s workers compensation actuarial consulting team. Ke acts as the lead analyst on key accounts and has been involved in the accounting valuation of liabilities, ratemaking, and reserving procedures for various workers' compensation boards in Canada. In addition, he has worked on numerous OPEB (Other Post-Employment Benefit) plan valuations as well as the assessment of liabilities for Long-Term Disability Plans.

Ke has his B. Sc. in Computer Science from St. Francis Xavier University and is an Associate of Canadian Institute of Actuaries (ACIA), Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA), Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA).
