This webinar takes stock of where we are as a Profession.

This webinar addresses these questions by discussing the ethical foundation for Professions, and the professionalism resources available to actuaries such as Codes or Rules of Conduct, Standards of Practice and Discipline Processes.

Warren R. Luckner, FSA, MAAA, CFA
Warren R. Luckner is an Emeritus Professor at the University of Nebraska – Lincoln (UNL), where he served on the Actuarial Science Program faculty for 20 years, including 17 years as Director. Warren also served 14 years as a member of the Society of Actuaries staff, during which time he served in various education, research and professionalism capacities.
Warren is a former member and Vice-President of the Society of Actuaries Board, and an Emeritus Trustee of the Actuarial Foundation.
Warren frequently serves as a Facilitator for both of the Society of Actuaries Professionalism Courses, the Associateship Professionalism Course (APC) and the Fellowship Admissions Course (FAC), and has given talks on Professionalism at various actuarial club meetings.
In retirement Warren continues to emphasize the importance of professionalism, and has already achieved his primary retirement goal of helping the Chicago Cubs win the World Series.
